My Humble House at The Esplanade, Theatres on the Bay opened on 10 October 2002 as Tung Lok Group's first artistic restaurant. The restaurant's design was conceptualized together with renowned artist-musician Zhang Jin Jie, which elevates 'the art of dining' beyond the realm of the exceptional. Located in Singapore's landmark venue, The Esplanade Theatres on the Bay, it serves Neo Classic Chinese cuisine. The menu features the dishes of Tung Lok's creative team of chefs led by Director of Kitchens Sam Leong, complemented by exceptional artistic presentation. The juxtaposition of traditional Chinese and artistic modern elements in the restaurant's design creates an extremely fresh appeal, while maintaining a cosy and relaxed atmosphere where diners can revel in an extraordinary dining experience.
